Filled with healthy fats, avocado is a great food to have in your kitchen. This dip is similar to guacamole and can also be used as a sandwich spread.

(Makes about 1 cup)

You’ll need:
¾ cup yoghurt; plain and low fat
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. onion; very finely chopped
1 large avocado; mashed
4 baby tomatoes; finely chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix the ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
